Can you repair vehicles that have been in an accident?
In most cases, we will be able to provide repair work if you have been in an accident. However, if your vehicle has had extensive body damage, then we can work with a body shop to help have your repair completed. Body shops can provide repair to the frames, chassis, sheet metal, paint, and exterior. Our shop will be able to provide repair work on just about everything else your Mercedes might need. We have worked with many body shops to restore all types of Mercedes models after major accidents.
Do you cover outside warranties?
Yes. No matter what warranty company that you work with, we will be able to provide repair work. Be aware that warranty companies have specific policies that have specific coverage plans. Ultimately, you will have to pay for any work that is not covered under the warranty. For instance, there are warranties that do not cover diagnostic fees, labor times, or our labor rate.

Do you use OEM Mercedes parts for your repairs?
Yes. We have OEM Mercedes parts that can be used for your repair work. We highly encourage you to insist on OEM Mercedes parts because they are 100% duplicates of the original parts from your vehicle. With OEM Mercedes parts, you can be sure that your repair work will last.
Do you provide repair service on AMG vehicles?
As you probably know, AMG Mercedes vehicles are high-performance vehicles with hand made engines. Many AMG owners are under the impression that they would have to ship the vehicle back to Germany in order to have it repaired. However, we can provide repair work on a number of AMG vehicles. Be sure to contact us to see if we can provide repair work on your specific AMG make, model, and year.
What are your technician’s certifications?
The technicians who will work on your Mercedes are trained by Mercedes and are Master Certified. That means that your vehicle will be repaired by technicians with the same training as those who work at a Mercedes service center.
I want more power and performance from my Mercedes. Can you provide performance upgrades?
Yes. We offer a number of upgrades to your Mercedes including upgrades to horsepower, handling, and more.
I have a strange smell coming from my air conditioner. Can you fix it?
Many modern vehicles have issues with the evaporator which encourages mold and mildew growth. We have evaporator odor treatments that can address the issue.
Will I void my warranty if I have my vehicle serviced here?
As long as Mercedes approved products and procedures are used, your warranty should not be voided. We can make sure that only Mercedes approved products and procedures are used if your vehicle is still under warranty.
Do you provide regular maintenance service?
Yes. Whether your Mercedes requires an oil change or a tire rotation, we will be able to get the job done in a timely manner. Since we have extensive experience in Mercedes vehicles, we will be able to provide a full range of maintenance services.
How long will it take for my vehicle’s repair or service to be completed?
Your Mercedes repair or service work will be completed in a timely manner. The exact time that your vehicle will be serviced will depend on what type of work is being done. In some cases, your vehicle will be ready in a couple of hours. We will strive to provide you with a realistic timeline for the completion of your vehicle’s work.
